Thanks Phil. I agree, I think it’s something that can be adapted to a commercial environment. There are also similarities with good corporate blogging practices.

Intresting post, trying to work through with our corporate communications department here on how they should be using twitter. The doc although intended for govement usage, would work well in the commercial environment as well.
