For three consecutive weeks this November I had the pleasure of teaching the digital part of the MA in Creative Entrepreneurship at University of East Anglia on a Tuesday morning. Those on the course come from a really wide variety of creative backgrounds, from ceramics to film making and acting, music to photography, each with their own ambitions of how they would like to apply business to their practice.
I’d been given an incredibly free reign on what I could talk about by course director Ian Chance. So I thought for our first week of explorations we’d look at storytelling techniques being used within digital media, as it seemed that this brought many creative disciplines together. Below is an edited version of that original ‘lecture’.

@eddie_grundy: Thanks for the tweet. The only people I know who went to University are @Brenda_Tucker and @ColinBeerBikeIt. Their Twitter pages are boring.
